To improve our service, display advertisements, and ensure application stability, we collect limited, non-personally identifiable information through third-party services.

A. Anonymous Usage Data

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous telemetry data, including:

• App interactions (e.g., which tools are opened, button taps).
• Device information (e.g., device model, OS version, Advertising ID).
• Session duration and engagement metrics.

B. Document Data (The "Zero-Cloud" Guarantee)

Files that you select for processing (PDFs, Images, Audio, Video) are processed entirely in your device's local memory (RAM). We do not collect, view, or store the content of your documents.

C. Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

We display advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process certain non-personally identifiable data to deliver, personalize, and measure ads, including:

• Advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID).
• Device and network information (e.g., device model, OS version, mobile carrier, IP address).
• Ad interaction data (e.g., ad views, clicks, and impressions).

Zero Document Exposure: In alignment with our privacy commitment, Google AdMob has absolutely no access to, and does not collect, any files, images, videos, audio, or other documents that you process locally within the app.

3. Permissions and Privacy

iLoveToolHub requests specific permissions to function correctly. These are used strictly for local operations and ad rendering:

• Storage / Media Access: To read the files you wish to process and save the results back to your device.
• Internet & Network State Access: Required to retrieve and display advertisements from Google AdMob and transmit anonymous usage telemetry to Firebase.
• Advertising ID: Used by the Firebase SDK and Google AdMob to provide accurate, aggregated analytics reports and personalization/attribution of advertisements.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize the following third-party service providers to support and improve our application:

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Since iLoveToolHub does not require account creation, we do not store personal profiles. Any anonymous analytics data collected by Google is managed according to Google’s data retention policies. Users can reset their Advertising ID in their device settings at any time to clear associated identifiers.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
